A light airy great room - has a living room area with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV – with slider doors to the outside area also giving it a pristine comfortable vibe.



If you’re eating in, the bar-style seating along the kitchen counter is perfect, and don’t forget the outdoor dining set and barbecue grill for sunny evenings.



The kitchen is completely remodeled with white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances – so you can satisfy your culinary desires.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Parking notes: There is one parking spot for your rental located on the far right of the driveway. Please do not park in the other spots as it is shared with the front unit. Parking in the bike lane on Tamarack Avenue is prohibited in Carlsbad Village.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
