The villa offers amazing seafront views a large spacious lawn covered private garden with a large 5x10m overflow swimming pool, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, build-in BBQ and luxurious garden furniture.

The ground floor features a vary spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen a separate kitchenette and a guest WC and Shower. The first floor offers twovery large double bedrooms both with sea views and one with en-suite shower, a further two twin rooms and a family bathroom.

The whole villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high speed, wi-fi internet, satellite TV and much more.

Protaras Malama Beach Front Villa is located in a beachfront complex next to the picturesque Malama beach. Within a minute's a walk you can be at this tranquil beach with white sand and crystal clear blue water while at about 500m on the oposite diection you will find the famous Firemen's Beach and just up the road you can enjoy some of the best restaurants and bars in the area of Kapparis that stay open throughout the year and are very popular with the locals.

Protaras only 3km away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the most famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and International restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in Europe can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa is the suburb of Kapparis, and more a bit further down is the smaller town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants (some good local ones as well) that are less than three minutes’ drive away. There you also find Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.

There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

At the nearby Malama Beach you can also find water sport facilities and within just 5 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pubs, Karras Fish Restaurant and a bit further down the road Onasis Fish Restaurant, Mouzoura Beach Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay.
