In addition, 2 summer lounges, 4 deckchairs, 2 large parasols, an extendable outdoor table for 8 people as well as a Weber barbecue (gas supplied) are at your disposal. The pool heating system is new from a premium brand (Zodiac) and highly effective.
The interior benefits from reversible air conditioning in all rooms except the bedroom on the ground floor. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds upstairs and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed (convertible into 2 single beds) on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, 2 bathroom (including an en suite), 2 separate WCs, a large living / dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the terrace and a laundry / utility room that includes an extra little fridge.
