Villa Nita is set on a 4. 000 sq meters plot of land with a view of the Bay of Vourkari and a small bay with three sandy beaches. The villa is on two levels and tastefully decorated, giving one a calming and relaxing feeling. The views towards the sea and the small picturesque marine of Vourkari are both breathtaking. On the upper level there is a large living room with a dining room, again offering an amazing view of Vourkari and the sea. Next to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen that leads onto the outside dining area, where 12 to 14 people can easily sit. On this level there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a bathroom. From the living room there are stairs leading down to the lower level that comes out on the garden, on this level there is one bedroom with an e-suite bathroom, two more bedrooms with one bathroom.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Facilities: 3 master bedrooms with double beds and en- suite bathrooms with showers. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and one bathroom with a shower.

Amenities: Internet, air- conditioning in all the bedrooms, dish washer, washing machine, oven, hobs, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, microwave if needed, blender, wireless internet on the ground floor, TV in all the bedrooms, 3 DVD players, stereo. Outdoor facilities: outdoor dining table for 12 , sofas, “Oda” sofa for sunbathing which fits 6 people, 3 sunbeds, parking for 2 to 3 cars.

Access to the sea by the car 4 X 4 or by foot 10 minutes .
