Villa Montclaire offers 4 bedrooms (each with an own bathroom), but is rented only to 6 persons. 7 or 8 guests on request. The big master suite with kingsize-bed and direct access to the pool area has a wonderful master bathroom with bath tub and shower (handicapped accessible). Juniorsuite with direct access to the pool as well.
Office corner, wireless SONOS indoors and outdoors, and of course a good WIFI in the whole house and outdoors.
5 TV's (living room and in each bedroom) with Apple TV, Netflix and Xinfinity Programme.
The beach of Cape Coral is within 10 minutes walking distance but unfortunately it is closed regarding remodeling work.
If you want to visit the different beaches by boat, then you can always add a boat to your booking from our portfolio of over 10 boats.
Very picturesque, separate porch with a nice lounge near the canal at the villas deck and boat lift. Watch the fishes jumping, boats passing and have a coffee or a drink at this wonderful place. That's life!
