Offering plenty of space on two floors, the house has four large bedrooms - two of them master suites with private ensuite bath. The open living area with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen is great for your family get-togehters. For music and movie fans a very high quality sound system is installed.
The spacious pool area is laid with natural stone. Here you will find loungers to relax, as well as the BBQ grill for real barbecue pleasure. The pool (and spa) is heated and operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
