The villa is furnished and equipped for holiday use, and consists of kitchen separate from the living area, large living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms with wardrobe and bedside tables, two bathrooms and a veranda.
Located in a particular position within the district of Costa Paradiso about 500 Mt from one of the shopping centers of the village and about 900 Mt from the sea and the most reserved rocky coves that can be found in this corner of paradise.

The accommodation is equipped with all comforts such as: TV, kitchen with dishes and cookware, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, hairdryer, washing machine and iron.

Bed linen and towels are included in the booking as well as a welcome kit (necessary for the bathroom and the kitchen)

BEACHES AND CALETTE
The beaches and coves of Costa Paradiso

Li Cossi Beach: The main beach of the village accessible by footpath, set among the cliffs is considered one of the most appreciated natural beauties of Sardinia. Along the path it is also possible to access the various coves.

Tinnari Beach: Wonderful wild beach accessible only by sea with private boats or shuttle dinghy operating daily for a fee.

Cala Le Baiette: small rock inlet with pedestrian access and a sunbathing platform.

Cala I Tamerici: small cove of sand easily accessible and close to services, such as restaurants and bars.

Cala Le Sorgenti: beautiful descent to the sea in the cliff that offers a spectacular setting perfect for snorkeling.

Natural pools: paths along the cliffs allow you to reach natural pools where you can swim and dive from the rocks.
