Welcome to our 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home that sleeps up to 10 guests! Perfectly situated for your unforgettable Orlando vacation, this spacious and stylish house is not just a place to stay, it is a place to make Magical memories!

The villa:
We have a formal dining area will comfortably seat 6 people around the large table whilst the extra nook dining area by the kitchen, overlooking the pool, will seat a further 4 people and is ideal for breakfast.
The well equipped, high quality, modern kitchen contains everything you will need for your stay from a stove, microwave, dishes, silverware, pans and glassware.
There is a large family room to relax in and a pool table in the air-conditioned front living room.
The villa has a master bedroom ensuite with king size bed downstairs.
A half bathroom is also downstairs.
Upstairs we have a queen size beds with ensuite bathroom.
Further 2 bedrooms with a queen bed & a bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 bathrooms to share.

As well as the central Air Conditioning, 4 bedrooms also have a ceiling fan for your comfort & a TV.
As a bonus to the bedrooms upstairs, there is a generous second family lounge area with a comfortable corner sectional sofa and TV. Also, a desk & chair for guests that also like to get some work done.
A separate laundry room is provided for your convenience and is well equipped with a full-size washing machine & dryer.
The garage has been converted to a Theater room! Enjoy your favorite movies, sports & series as if you are in a cinema through the apps.
There is an AC in the Theater room.

Large extended pool area with private pool & spa. (Heating is optional)
The full-width covered terrace is perfect for seeking some afternoon shade or dining al fresco.
There is plenty of comfortable seating and sun-loungers available for everyone to relax after a busy day at the parks or if you are still in the mood to do something we have a table tennis tables outside for you!

The villa is in the highly sought-after Watersong Resort, a tranquil gated community in Davenport with various on-site amenities including; the clubhouse, game room, business center, fitness center, pool, hot tub, volleyball court, and children's playground. The surrounding conservation area is exciting to explore with the ability to spot local wildlife.  Outside of the resort, Epcot, Universal Studios, Disney World, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom, are all within 30-35 minutes. If a round of golf is what you are after, there are several noteworthy golf courses within minutes of the resort. Shops, restaurants are also close by.

Please note:
This property is self-service—meaning except for your initial supplies, the guest will need to provide their own additional toiletries as needed, such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, this property will have an initial supply, of Toilet paper, trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your
use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
