The property comprises of two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests, providing all the amenities and luxury needed for an exceptional holiday experience.
Upon entering the residence, you are greeted by a spacious living room decorated in soothing earthy tones. This area features a comfortable three-seater sofa, an armchair, a television, and high-speed WiFi, creating a welcoming and cozy environment.
Continuing through the property, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with a microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, toaster, standard-sized fridge with freezer, and a coffee machine. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the main guest bathroom, designed with modern and minimalist aesthetics in mind.
Ascending the staircase, you will discover the master bedroom, which boasts a comfortable queen-size bed and ample wardrobe space. The combination of stone and wood throughout enhances the relaxing ambiance. Patio doors lead directly to the veranda, offering a seamless connection to the outdoor space.
The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed and large wardrobes. This bright and comfortable room provides a true sense of tranquility, with patio doors that open onto the veranda.

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
