Description

Bright, modern and stylish, Villa Auriga offers a beautiful retreat for eight guests. Whether you are a family or a group of friends, this fabulous property has something for everyone, from tranquil beaches to a lively nightlife. The villa is located near the popular area of Ayia Thekla, just a five-minute walk from the breath-taking golden sandy beach.

With a spacious terrace, charming balcony and bright outdoor swimming pool, Villa Auriga encourages guests to spend plenty of time outside in the sunshine. The interiors reflect the sunshine indoors, with large windows and doors that allow sunlight to flood into the space, making every corner feel bright and airy. The furnishings are modern and simple throughout the villa, with large sofas, comfortable beds and all the mod-cons to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

The main living space is open-plan, with sliding glass doors opening out to the pool terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen has an island with room for two to sit adjacent to the social dining table, forming the kind of space where you want to spend time as a family. Kids can run in and out of the double doors, whilst adults prepare delicious feasts for the whole group to eat on the terrace. The two sofas have been positioned around a welcoming fireplace and the television, making a cosy snug where you can curl up together at the end of a busy day.

Throughout the villa, there are three spacious double bedrooms and one twin room, two of the rooms boast en-suites whilst the remaining two share a family bathroom. Each of the bedrooms offers you plenty of storage, with bright windows or doors leading out to the terrace or balcony, so as soon as you awake, you can open up the blinds, allowing the morning light to shine in, saying goodbye to alarms and waking up to the natural sunlight instead!

Outside the bright terrace wraps around two sides of the villa, creating intimate spaces for dining al-fresco, lounging and reading your book and of course relaxing in the swimming pool. Just imagine returning to your villa after exhilarating days exploring Cyprus to cool off in the private pool, before sitting back on a sun lounger and sipping a glass or two of local wine as kids splash about and play!

#### Location
Villa Auriga is a beautiful property in a stunning location just metres from the sea! Its sits nestled into the Ayia Thekla coastline, with a calm, tranquil atmosphere throughout the villa. The villa is 5 minutes' walk from the nearest beach and a 5-minute drive to the resort centre, perfect for those looking for a tranquil location, just minutes from the lively atmosphere of Ayia Napa.

This part of the south-eastern coast of Cyprus is known as a lively party destination, but Ayia Napa is also filled with a rich history and culture that is evident throughout the town. With an ancient monastery and medieval church, built from honey-coloured limestone with Byzantine influences, the area is fascinating to explore. The monastery even includes a cave – a popular feature with kids in particular! Ayia Napa also offers you a fabulous selection of atmospheric restaurants and folklore bars, as well as the animated nightlife that you can enjoy each evening.

From the moment you arrive on this picturesque island, you can soak in the beautiful landscapes, with the whole island dotted with vineyards, pine trees and wildflower meadows. Along the coast, these rich landscapes change into stunning white-sand beaches with impossibly blue water. There is as much to explore inland as there is on the coast, with something for visitors of every age.

The villa's closest beach, just a short walk from the front door is called Ayia Thekla, named for the church that has stood there proudly for centuries. The sand is golden, complemented by the turquoise sea, perfect for families – there are sun loungers and umbrellas, so you can sunbathe in comfort, swimming to cool off throughout the day. Nissi beach is also close to the villa, famous for its water sports and scuba diving, perfect for those who enjoy a more active relaxation!

Across the island, you can hike in the Cape Greco National Park, swim in crystalline waters, take a day trip to Paphos and swim around Aphrodite's Rock, known as the spiritual home of the Greek goddess of love. The food at the local eateries is delicious wherever you go; we recommend starting with a traditional meze platter, so you can try lots of different dishes, figuring out your favourites! Remember Cyprus is where halloumi originates, grilled or barbecued perfectly in all the local restaurants!
