Description

The exteriors of this beautiful country house are fully equipped to enjoy the summer time. The private swimming pool is chlorinated and measures 6.5 x 3.5 metres while the depth ranges from 1.20 to 2.10 metres. There are 6 sun loungers and an umbrella for sunbathing. There are several terraces and a porch equipped to enjoy a delicious barbecue, as well as a table with a tent for outdoor dining. Outside you will also find a ping-pong table, a shower and a toilet. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. On the property there is an organic vegetable garden where you can eat seasonal fruit and vegetables. You can also pick fresh eggs, which you will also find there. The two-storey house offers a cosy style with all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with TV-sat; the kitchen with ceramic hob and adjoining dining area; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a second living room, the 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds), all with TV and wardrobes, and two bathrooms with shower. The living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs if you are travelling with babies. Santa Margalida is a small village that offers the basic services for an independent stay. The house is on the outskirts, not far from the road that will take you to the beach, so you may occasionally hear the noise of cars. The house is only 8.4 km away from one of the most wonderful beaches of the island, Platja dels Capellans, with magnificent restaurants on the sand where you can enjoy a fabulous paella. In Can Picafort you will also find a great summer atmosphere. The owner will give you an ensaimada (the most typical sweet of Mallorca), a bottle of wine and an assortment of drinks (juice, milk, beer). The cookers are electric. The wood for the barbecue is free of charge. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
