The northwest-facing, electrically heated pool is perfect for watching the sunset and swimming laps. There is also an outdoor shower and a private pool bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Of course, there is also a cozy barbecue area: an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, sink and comfortable seating.
From the boat deck, you can go fishing with the three rods provided or simply enjoy a cool drink with friends and family. A rental boat can be moored at the boat deck or the boat can be placed on the lift. This house is ideally located for boaters. In a few minutes you can be on the open river.
Inside, Seaside Villa Sunshine has everything you need for a perfect Florida vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator including an ice and water dispenser, spices, blender, Keurig coffee maker and everything you need for a barbecue.
The living area features a 65-inch TV with Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and comfortable seating.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a 40-inch smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and direct access to the pool area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, two sinks and a separate toilet.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a 40” Smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels). The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with the first guest room.
Beach chairs and beach towels are available for trips to the beach.
The garage has space for one vehicle and can of course be used.
