The family-friendly villa "Can Terres" is a single-storey villa that impresses its guests with a particularly striking combination of Mallorquin architecture and modern interior decoration, creating an individual charm that will immerse you for your entire holiday. It is clad in the natural stone typical of Mallorca yet appears modern with clear architectural forms inside and outside. The building is situated on a lush estate and features a beautiful outdoor patio with large built-in barbecue and sink. It is the perfect place for holding abundant barbecue celebrations on mild summer evenings, where you can sizzle up and savour the delectable specialities purchased from the markets during the day. You can see the small hill of the town Artà and its iconic convent from the idyllic terrace, the latter being an absolute eye-catcher at night when it is lit up. On clear days your view can reach to over 70 km in a westerly direction to the Tramuntana mountains (sunset) and to the neighbouring island of Menorca in the east. The impressive 12 m pool lying in front is decorated with blue mosaic tiles with a depth varying from 1.2 to 1.8 m and can be accessed via a convenient set of steps. You can reach it from the house's covered terrace while it itself is surrounded by another spacious terrace and the large lawn, which is fantastic for any accompanying children who want to play. You can relax as you desire beneath the blue Mediterranean sky thanks to the loungers provided, and let your everyday troubles disappear to a place far, far away. The small pool house is a convenient touch, offering an additional bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.

When you enter the house, you first step into a spacious entry hall where you can already feel how outstandingly inviting the indoor spaces are. The colour that dominates inside is white, broken up with beautiful colour highlights, carefully selected decor, and floor tiling that blends in harmoniously. Directly behind the entrance is a living area with connecting covered terrace that offers a view of the pool and out over the surroundings up to the Artà town gates. The kitchen has a contemporary design and is fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher, hob, oven, combined refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. Should you feel the desire to try your hand at cooking a typical Spanish meal, you will have the perfect place to share the results together. A spaciously laid out dining area stretches out in front of the kitchen and a separate pantry with integrated laundry lies to the side (washing machine and large freezer included). On the other side is the sleeping wing with four strikingly decorated bedrooms (including one with en-suite bathroom and shower), dressing area, and additional bathroom with shower. The bathrooms are highly functional while also offering unobtrusive style. In total you will have access to 230 m² of pure living space in the villa. An additional 65 m² is offered by the outdoor entertainment area. The central heating ensures that your stay is pleasant even during cooler months. In addition, the included WIFI Internet connection means that you can stay in contact with friends and relatives at home without a problem and share your holiday snaps in daily updates. We would also recommend this villa for one or more families with children. The large pool and lawn are great for children who want to play, and the sandy coves for swimming on the local section of the coast can be accessed within just a few minutes' drive.

You will find beautiful beaches for luxurious days by the seaside at Cala Ratjada or Canyamel, for example, or in the bay of Cala Millor. With a population of about 6,500, Artá is a picturesque town without any big hotels. There are several excellent restaurants and superb shopping facilities. Every Tuesday, there is a weekly market with a craft market worth seeing. In Son Servera, you can visit the weekly market every Friday.
