Villa Suzana is a fantastically large, spacious, fully fenced, six bedrooms, five bathrooms villa with extensive outdoor terraces. Our lovely villa includes all you need for a luxurious family holiday - large fenced and gated private pool that can be heated (charges apply for heating), children's climbing frame & swing set, football table, plasma TVs, full SKY Sports, satellite TV system and MEO satellite TV channels, stereo and Bluetooth speaker, DVD players, DVD movies, PlayStation 2 with games, a few toys, books, magazines and air-conditioned bedrooms.

To enjoy the relaxed ambience of Villa Suzana, you will find a bar with fridge and serving area in the sunken living room, where you get to be pub landlord while everyone else props up the bar! There are numerous sofas to relax and enjoy watching a movie or some sport. The several spacious living areas of the villa, including the extensive outdoor terraces, lend themselves to large groups to be able to enjoy being together, yet with enough space for everyone to have a great time in our beautiful warm climate.

There are six bedrooms, all air-conditioned, at Villa Suzana. There are four bedrooms with king size beds, all en-suite with their full bathrooms. There is one twin room, and the 6th bedroom is the children's bedroom which shares a bathroom with the adjacent twin room. This fabulous and unique children's bedroom has a bunk bed (1 double bed and one single bed in the bunk), and they can enjoy some exploring to find the secret hideaway, a great fun place for little pirates to escape to!! We can't tell you more now...

If you want a bedroom that you can escape from it all, the entire first floor of Villa Suzana is dedicated to the large master suite which also has its private sun-drenched terrace/balcony with sun loungers and fab views across the countryside.

There are several sunny places in the morning to enjoy breakfast. You can choose to have breakfast on your terrace upstairs or on one of the large covered and open terraces that surround the villa.

The kitchen is equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos you will need, including the espresso machine and all the utensils you need to whip up a fantastic meal. There is a formal dining table in the open plan lounge, a separate breakfast table in the kitchen and outside dining area. You also have a washing machine and tumble dryer for use while you are on holiday.

#### Location
Villa Suzana is an excellent family villa in a great location for the Vale do Lobo area. It's close to the beach (less than a 5 minute drive) and also the several golf courses in the area including Vale do Lobo Ocean and Royal Golf Courses, Quinta do Lago North and South Golfe Courses, Laranjal, Vilamoura Oceanico and Pineheiros Altos. If you prefer tennis, we can arrange discounted rates at The Campus Sports Centre in Quinta do Lago and also at Jardins Do Golfe Tennis Centre in Vale do Lobo.

Villa Suzana is set in beautiful woodlands. It is a rustic rural area but literally just a few minutes to the facilities of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Almancil. It is all on your door step but unless you want it - you won't notice it !
