Region:

This property is located inside the natural park of Arrábida and it is only 3 km away from the nearest beach (Praia da Foz and Bicas).
The villa is located 44 km far from Lisbon, 7km from Sesimbra and 5 km from Alfarim, where you can find a reasonable range of shops, a bakery, a butcher, a bank, a post office, supermarkets and for those who like to cook their own fish/seafood, there are nearby fish markets at Sesimbra.
The region has excellent wine cellars that you can visit. Wine, cheese and the small Swiss rolls (tortas) are the specialities of the region.

Sesimbra, the closest city, is famous for fish and shellfish restaurants.
Praia da Foz is 3 km away, Sesimbra and Praia do Meco beaches are 5 -10 minutes away by car.
Surfing is popular nearby “Praia das Bicas” in Meco.
For diving, Portinho de Arrábida and Sesimbra beaches have some of the most interesting diving in Portugal.
Sailing, windsurfing and canoeing can also be enjoyed nearby.
