Description
This wonderful rustic finca with beautiful views to the countryside offers a large private chlorine pool measuring 10 x 5 meters and with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 meters. You can relax on the 6 sun loungers and two parasols at your disposal. It has several exterior corners where you can rest or enjoy a delicious barbecue. Privacy is total.
The house offers a traditional and comfy style. In the living room, with AC and a pellet stove, you can rest on the comfortable sofa and watch satellite TV. The dining room also with AC is independent, like the kitchen that is equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In order to rest, the accommodation offers 3 bedrooms. Two of them have 2 single beds and one has a double bed and 2 of the rooms also have AC. In the house there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. If you travel with your baby we can provide them with a cot and a high chair. The upper floor will remain closed.
Artà is a beautiful town in the northeast of Mallorca full of charm and tradition. It offers all the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The area offers beautiful beaches such as the one of Canyamel, just 4.7 km from the property. You can also spend your time playing golf being the nearest course the one of Canyamel Golf just 4.2 km away.
