This beautiful holiday home with heated pool and a large garden with stunning views of the Gulf of Portofino, is located in Santa Margherita Ligure, a tourist resort on the Riviera di Levante. Located just a few steps from the beaches and the in-bars of the Ligurian Riviera, it is just a few minutes from the Natural Park of Portofino, Rapallo, Recco and the Cinque Terre, UNESCO World Heritage Site. The outside that surrounds the house is equipped with a built-in barbecue, table, chairs and deckchairs; A large terrace on the first floor offers you a beautiful view of the sea. Apart from the beautiful beaches, this area also offers numerous interesting tours to discover ancient hamlets and medieval churches. One of the most impressive is certainly the Abbey of San Fruttuoso, a sacred place which can only be reached by two trails or by sea and on the bottom of its bay lies the famous bronze statue of the "Christ of the Abyss". On the road towards the Cinque Terre, 56 km, is a renowned designer outlet. The house is reached by means of a cobbled and uphill walk of about 100 m. On request it is possible to rent beach towels.
