This beautiful holiday home surrounded by greenery and with a private swimming pool is located approx. 1.5 km from the crystal clear sea of the Iblean coastline, between Punta Secca and Marina di Ragusa. In front of the house there is a pleasant corner with exotic plants that enriches the spacious veranda furnished with wicker seating area, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation. All bedrooms have private bathroom, TV and minibar. From the dining room, you enter a spacious living room of about 30 m2, where there are two sofa beds (suitable for children up to 13 years) and TV corner (50 inches), which has a glass wall overlooking the green external. Another outdoor area, located at the back of the building, is equipped with a barbecue area, a veranda with a kitchenette and a large table, perfect for eating together outdoors. To cool off in the hottest hours awaits you the beautiful salt water pool (maximum depth 1.50 m), very impressive especially in the evening, and the real highlight of the accommodation. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an alarm system. Punta Secca, Punta Braccetto, Kaucana and Marina di Ragusa are the "pearls" of the Iblea coast and are all within about 4 km, making the house an excellent starting point for those wishing to discover the entire Iblea coast, famous not only for the coasts with fine sand and crystal clear water, but also for the suggestive cliffs. For those who want to visit the treasures of Baroque architecture, the most interesting places such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli etc, are just a few tens of km and easily accessible by car, while Noto and Syracuse are about 80 km.
