Pool heating should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

You will find that there is a good selection of restaurants and bars in Caniço de Baixo and all of them are within walking distance, as is the pebble beach and sea promenade



The village of Caniço is about a 5 minute drive and there is a regular bus service. There you have the main supermarket, chemist, post-office and a small shopping centre and yet more restaurants.

Both Funchal and the airport are an easy 15 minute drive away.
