Two parasols are available if you need protection from the strong UV rays. The needs of small guests have also been considered when designing the garden. The large lawn, excellent for frolicking around on, also holds an inviting swing. The exterior area has particularly attractive terraced surfaces, which are skillfully designed and spread out over various levels of this house with its unique layout. The tiled covered terraces are located on the ground floor, and the stone terrace a bit higher up, offering an enchanting vista. This area can be reached from the outside via rustic stairs leading into the rooftop terrace, which might just be the most luxurious outdoor seating option this property has to offer. Tasteful outdoor furnishings invite you to relax on one of the terraces or to savour a convivial dinner together at the dining table. On the outside barbecue, you can prepare and enjoy fresh, regional delicacies while soaking up the fantastic view of the enchanting garden idyll.

Upon entering the house, it immediately becomes very clear that the skillful design of the outside is at the very least matched by the interior. Here, we find a very successful combination of aesthetic materials and furnishings as well as skillfully used decorative elements, particularly in the form of inspiring artworks on the walls. The living room impresses with its lavish natural stone wall and fitting broad sofa, which is exceptionally comfy and invites you to relax at any time of day. On cool days, you can even use the fireplace to get cosily warm, for unparalleled comfort. The classic exposed beam ceilings and handsome floor tiling certainly add to this. The kitchen area features a very original design. Here, you will not only find a sleekly designed and fully furnished kitchen including electric kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. The kitchen also includes a very striking stonewalled seating corner, somewhat separated from the rest of the room, which is great for sitting and enjoying a meal. The round arches that hold the individual seating areas as well as the exceptional ceiling design turn this into a very special spot. Another dining option is find outside of the kitchen, at the handsome, solid wooden table that offers place to up to six people. All bedrooms (one of these with an en-suite bathroom) are furnished to a high standard, with lovely and unique designs. Everyone will find a suitable resting place to match their taste. The following beds are available to guests: three beds measuring 1.80 x 2.20 m and two measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m. The bathrooms feature equally tasteful designs. They are spaciously laid out with a comfortable and modern style. You do not need to bring a hair dryer along.

Valldemossa was once voted Spain's most beautiful village and is definitely worth a visit. There are various handsome beaches located close to this picturesque village. For example: Cala Deìa (13 km away) with its crystal-clear water or the small pebble beach in Port de Valldemosse (6 km). The closest sandy beach can be found around 20 km away at Puerto de Sóller. The lively island metropolis and its gorgeous old town can be reached in around 35 minutes.
