This Cyprus traditional stone villa with exceptional huge landscape colourful gardens and an amazing extremely large private swimming pool (7x14 meters) is found in a quiet area and in short walking distance to the sea (250meters).
It also provides a lovely children’s pool (depth 0.15cm to 60cm) and a nearby pool bar with BBQ area etc, both share with another one neighbouring similar villa. These facilities are totally independent from the 2 villas themselves.

The 2 villas are suitable for weddings as there are specially designed areas and gardens ideal for such memorable occasions.
The village of Argaka is found 5 minutes’ drive from the seaside town of Polis Chrysochous. Argaka, is a rural, mainly agricultural, village known for its citrus fruits and vegetables. Being rural, early morning walks are particularly enjoyable. Several taverns and bars, supermarkets and kiosk found nearby.
Distances: Beach 250 meters, Shops 300 meters, Paphos town, Kato Paphos tourist area with the Castle, the small fishing port and sea front taverns 40min drive, from Paphos International Airport 40 minutes’ drive, Larnaka airport 2hours and 15 min.
For larger parties: There is another one identical villa of 3 bedroom located next to the above villa. Each one is totally independent and each villa offers complete privacy. The 2 villas share the children’s pool, the huge colourful garden and the pool bar.
