Residing on the north end of Fort Myers Beach, this rental is perfect for sun-soaked days on the beach or exploring in town. There is a sperate lower-level cabana studio included with this home that has a queen bed, shower, and toilet. It has lower ceilings and is not as updated at the upper level with two-bedrooms and one bathroom!

On a break from the beach, flip on the living area's overhead fan and settle in for an afternoon cable TV show or group movie. You'll find comfortable furnishings throughout the home, along with modern conveniences like WiFi, a private washer/dryer, a bonus cabana shower, and updated kitchen appliances.

The excellent location puts you just steps from the beach, but if you'd like to explore outside of the immediate area, you'll find fun day trips to Matanzas Pass Preserve (just over a mile-and-a-half), the family-friendly Ostego Bay Marine Science Center (one mile north), and the beaches of Sanibel Island (16 miles west). You could also walk less than a half-mile to Times Square for a day of beachside shopping and dining!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
