With stone-clad, in typical Mallorcan style, the pretty facade conceals comfortable and very well-appointed accommodation while the expansive views can be enjoyed from the garden terraces and pool area. Well-attended hedging surrounds the private swimming pool, which enjoys an appealing sunny position just a few steps from the covered terrace.

Decor and furnishings throughout the interiors are agreeable bright, light wood and simple, and uncluttered style immediately makes the guests feel welcome and at ease. In this picturesque spot, you are surrounded by nature at its best offering a perfect location for bird watching, artists, walkers and cyclists, in fact, anyone that enjoys the countryside will find this perfect position.

Finca Malagraba is all on the ground level, you'll find everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. A cosy lounge with comfortable sofas, wood burner, TV and internet, dining table perfect for inside dining and a fully equipped American style kitchen with another family size table and chairs.

With dual access off the living room and kitchen, outdoor living is only enhanced by a covered dining terrace and indoor barbeque adjacent which adjoins the terrace through large folding doors—consisting of 4-bedrooms, 2 x double both with ensuite showers and 2 x twin bedrooms that share a communal family bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have fitted wardrobes.

Externally a shady terrace leads to the private swimming pool, with Roman steps, and sun loungers. The extensive grounds around the house are a fascinating natural landscape of lawn, hibiscus, carob trees and typical Mediterranean bushes.

While the terrace itself provides a perfect spot in which parents can relax while keeping an eye on younger members of the group with the pool just steps away. A ping pong table is an extra plus which will ensure hours of fun for all the family.

#### Location
Pollensa - just 2.6 km away – Finca Malagraba is located close to the town of Pollensa, the eastern end of the Serra de Tramuntana. Pollensa is an enchanting Mallorcan town packed with ancient blonde stone architecture, Pollenca doesn't feel like many of the other towns which have surrendered to tourism.

Although tourists have long been attracted here, Pollensa has learned to accept and adapt to tourism without losing its soul. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning.

Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but be warned that to get to the top, you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views definitely do not disappoint from the top.

Puerto Pollensa just 8.2 km away, offers wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, make Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. With hotels on the seafront that still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments.

Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileno families looking for something more than the hustle and bustle of the south coast resorts. With wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, makes Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many.

Cala Sant Vincente just 8.5 km away is a small resort town in north-eastern Majorca, Spain. It consists of three small beaches, plus a few bars and restaurants catering to tourists. Located at one end of the town is the hypogeum of Cala Sant Vicenc, perhaps the most spectacular hypogeum on Mallorca.
