The house is only 12 minutes walking from Riells beach. This beach is white sand and very fine, with crystal clear water and very shallow, a wonderful place for the whole family! The beach promenade Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment facilities for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.

The house is on one level and has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower), an open kitchen with access to the garden and living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace.
