Villa Lofos, which means "the hill", was completed in July 2012 with great attention to detail.

The villa was built from natural stone and has 70 cm thick outer walls, which offers unique living comfort! Cool in summer and warmth in the colder season.
The villa has no heating and can be heated with the wood stove and AC in the cooler season.
The architecture of the villa gives you a wonderful sea view from all rooms and bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is the large living room, the dining area, the kitchen and a guest toilet with washing machine. The living room is fully equipped with satellite TV, stereo, WiFi ... The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two daylight bathrooms (ensuite). The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be put together. The associated daylight bathrooms are each equipped with a large, barrier-free shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony or terrace. Enjoy the wonderful view of the blue Mediterranean even from your bed. In front of the kitchen is a covered terrace with seating. In front of the living room is the approx. 19 m long pergola. Have breakfast on this terrace, furnished with comfortable furniture, with an unbeatable sea view!

Relax on the spacious terrace that surrounds the approx. 50 sqm heated infiniti pool. (The pool heating is not included in the price and will be charged additionally).

Here is also the shaded pool deck with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers! Next to the pool is the exclusive whirlpool with a breathtaking view of the sea. You can show off your grilling skills on the brick barbecue.

You can park your car under the shaded carport.

The villa stands on a plot of over 2,000 square meters and the garden area is laid out in a Mediterranean style. The villa shares a 4,500 sqm plot with Villa Tara, which is on the other side of the plot. This ensures privacy for both houses!

Villa Lofos is of course fully equipped. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, tea towels, hair dryer, iron ... everything is available. It is cleaned once a week, or twice a week on request, and bed linen and towels are changed.

Relax here in complete tranquility and in the middle of beautiful nature! You see the White Mountains, the Akrotiri peninsula and look out over the sea - simply a magnificent panorama! Here you can let your mind wander!

The pool cannot be heated in extreme cold or storm.
