Description

Villa Dinja is the quintessential Istrian bolthole offering an up-market blend of architectural and designer finesse within a welcoming, home-from-home environment brimming with local flavour.

Convenience is the cornerstone of this charming home, which is just a short stroll from the pretty village centre, whilst offering cooling shade and dappled serenity within its own grounds, comprising pool-side terrace and stone-walled private enclave.

The glistening pool creates a dazzling vision set within a sleek, stone patio - framed by a rather elegant dining pavilion finished with billowing curtains and sedate style.

Both quality and style are apparent at every turn, whilst the handsome white-washed facade offers a sleek monochrome vision offset by two wrought iron-balconies - the latter providing the ultimate spot for an intimate tete-a-tete, whether it be a fresh morning coffee as the town comes to life or an evening glass of wine, fragrant with blossoming plants.

Outdoor living is executed at its very finest at Villa Dinja: guests will drop the tempo and ease into the local pace of life. The poolside is dotted with sleek loungers, where guests can sit back with a good book and a cooling beer, whilst dining will be fresh, simple yet endlessly delectable thanks to the local produce, fresh sea-food on offer and barbecue facilities.

What better way to enjoy this home's charming tranquillity by lazing in the hammock, soaking up the Adriatic breezes and scent of local flavours! Fusing both simplicity and style - al fresco dining is no excuse to lower culinary standards - with a built-in-in brick oven and solid timer dining furniture, guests will dine in style!

Six guests can be accommodated across three bedrooms, with the option for two additional guests on a sofa bed at Villa Dinja, making this home ideal for a family or group. There is also ac cot-bed for infants.

The interiors at this striking home are simply impeccable; a true blend of stylist's panache and designer verve, providing understated luxury along with playful touches. This airy home is generously proportioned, with abundant natural day-light at every turn.

In keeping with the holiday spirit, each of the three bedrooms are accented with citrus-toned pops of zesty colour: bright orange, lime and yellow tones in contrast to the chic and neutral base palette of earthy and natural tones - guests will have great fun selecting their abode.

With all the luxury of a boutique hotel, yet all the quirks of a private home, guests will delight in this hidden jewel of a home that is a far-cry from soulless cookie-cutter rentals!

The attention to detail at Villa Dinja is apparent at every turn, whilst quality of fittings and finishes are uncompromising. Guests will be able to stroll from the seclusion of the bedrooms to the charming balconies which offer views across rolling countryside.

The living space at Villa Dinja offers the same earthy backdrop punctuated by accents of vivacious red; modern, yet timeless, this space offers contemporary ease for the ultimate open plan, lateral group living space, from enormous charcoal grey corner sofa to stylish family dining space. The kitchen is a flamboyant pillar-box red, offering glossy units and state-of-the art appliances.

With all the practical needs of a family looked after, including parking, utility space, internet and all the modern kitchen conveniences, this home-from-home is a place where guests can simply arrive and unwind, secure in the knowledge that every detail is covered.

Villa Dinja is a veritable haven of natural holiday ease and charm, offering immaculate quality and flawless finishes within a bright, playful and light-filled contemporary space and endless scope for outdoor living.
