Located just outside of the old Roman town of Alcudia it enjoys incredible sweeping views over the port, city, and mountains and as far as the bay of Puerto Pollenca in the distance. The villa is delightfully furnished, very spacious and just a 5-minute drive to the port of Alcudia and all of the facilities of this popular resort.

The main door opens into the bright and welcoming hallway with double doors that lead to the exterior terrace and swimming pool providing spectacular views.

The staircase from the entrance hall covers all three floors of the property.
To the right of the hallway is the large fully furnished open plan, modern kitchen with American style fridge freezer, built-in electric oven, separate gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and walk-in store room.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with two sets of double doors that lead onto the upper furnished terrace.

To the left of the hallway is the spacious, furnished living room decorated with local modern artwork. Two sets of double doors lead onto the upper furnished terrace.

A twin bedroom is located in a hallway via a door from the lounge with adjacent separate walk-in shower room. This bedroom is also accessible via a different exterior door.

From this hallway, a staircase leads down to a basement storage room and the laundry room.

On the first floor, there are three twin bedrooms two of which share a furnished terrace overlooking the pool and beautiful views. These bedrooms share a separate walk-in shower room. The first master bedroom with en-suite full bath and separate walk-in shower room along with the second master bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower room are also located on this floor.

All bathrooms have hairdryers and safety deposit box is available.

#### Location
The resort of Alcudia on Mallorca's north-east coast is particularly popular for its beaches, which offers family-friendly stretches of white sands as well as numerous water-sports. The town's marina is one of the largest on the island, and serves as a boarding point for boat trips to Menorca and the Spanish mainland. There are also activities for all ages in Alcudia, with a water-park for the children and a popular golf course just outside the town.
There are many beautiful places to explore in the surrounding area, such as pretty Pollenca and the Natural Park S'Albufera, the largest of its kind in the Balearics. It's possible to reach Alcudia is a little over 45 minutes from Palma de Mallorca Airport, with many more attractive beaches lining the island's eastern coast even closer.
