Located on the new “Gold Coast” of Thailand, this exquisite 6 bedroom villa lies directly on the beach in NaJomtien next to Pattaya City and near the lovely fishing villages of Ban Amphur and Bang Saray.

The property is secluded on a secure village in Najomtien and yet it is only 10 minutes from Central Pattaya with all the glamour and bling of this world travel destination. Pattaya's famous Walking Street is easily reachable by car or motorbike.

Divinty Villa has two separated buildings; a main 3 storey house and a bungalow chalet. The villa is located right next to the beach and has direct access, so a yacht owners can anchor off shore in front of the villa. It is also just a kilometre south of Jomtien Beach for when you want something a little more lively. There are plenty of other tourist attractions in the surrounding area and Pattaya is just 5 kilometres away. A short trip across the sea will also take you to some tropical islands, including the pristine Koh Larn (Coral Island).

The main living room is immense and features lovely views of the ocean, from here you have direct acces to the garden and pool. The second living area provide a large flatscreen TV with sattelite channels and comes with a full sized snooker table.

The inside dining area features a full sized 10 person dining table. Outside we two more dining areas, one in the garden and one the beachfront deck, ideal for your morning breakfast.

The kitchen is a masterpiece of stainless steel appliances and granite work surfaces. Included are; a dishwasher, extractor fans, microwave, TV, Preparation Island, gas woks, stainless sinks, multiple convection ovens and enough appliances to start a restaurant. You can easily make a breakfast, lunch or dinner with this fully equipped kitchen, or let our on-site chef take care of you and request the meal of your choice. There is a menu on-site with many options to choose from.

All the 6 bedrooms have state of the art en-suite bathrooms, four of the rooms have ocean views with private terrace and every room is fitted with a flat screen TV. Every bedroom has a safety box to keep personal belongings.

Our lush tropical garden offers great lounge areas with lots of sunbeds, ideal for large groups and families, the perfect area for sunbathing and relaxing with each other.

Of this point you can be sure; to get a similar luxury residence for you holiday in the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands, the Seychelles or the south of France, you will pay a lot more and get a lot less.

IMPORTANT NOTES, PLEASE READ:



* 1 night bookings are only upon request and will be considered to be accepted. 1 night Bookings will be charged an additional fee of 35% extra from the daily rental rate and need to paid in cash upon check-in/arrival of the guest.


*Rental rate include FREE: 100 units (kw) of electricity per day, plus Free: WI-FI, water usage, on-site housekeeper for cleaning, pool maintenance. Towels and bed sheets are standard provided by us and will be changed every 2 days (towels) and every 3 days (bed sheets sets).

*Security deposit is payable on check-in (paid on arrival), the amount is fixed at 40,000 THB in cash (we also accept euro or another equal currency). Refund of the security deposit is on check-out, unless damages are made or if the guest exceeded the daily electric usage that has been given with the villa for free (100 units per day), overuse will be charged and calculated 7 baht per unit (kw) and will be deducted from the security deposit or paid separate to the host or maid at the villa, guest and host can read together the meter on check-in and check-out.

*Check-in from start 13:00pm, please inform us your arrival time.
*Check out is 11:00am, after that an extra fee will be charged per hour. If guest want to stay over then please inform us in front at the booking process.

*Extra bed is available on request for extra fee of 1,500 baht per night. Villa has standard 6 king sized beds for 12 persons. It’s possible we place 1 extra “matrass” in one of the bedrooms, the guest have to share that room.

*Extra Services Available (must be paid separate on arrival and request)
Chef available on request: 1,000 THB per meal (for labour) + food cost (local prices) + 20% charge for grocery shopping and transportation, or 2,800 THB per day is 3 meals + food cost + 20% charge for shopping, guest can choose the food they like. Cooking meals available until 10 pm. We have a large menu of Thai food and European foods with many choice and styles. We provide a large barbeque onsite and our chef can cook a seafood BBQ on request.

*Personal Laundry possible on request.
*Bartender available for cocktail parties and service for all kind of drinks, prices on request.
*Wedding and parties can be arranged by our team of experts or by the guest.
*Yoga lessons available on request at the villa.
*We can provide affordable transportation such as taxi’s car or minibus from airport to our villa or for local city trips.
*we can arrange rental cars or motorbikes on request. (these must be booked in front)

*PROMOTION: Free car transportation minivan taxi for 12 person plus private driver from 09:00am until 19:00pm (after that time a fee will be charged), available for Pattaya City trips and include 50 km travel radius from the villa (excluding gasoline).
