It has 6 bedrooms, 4 double rooms , 2 with two single beds and 3 double sofa bed.
It has 6 bathrooms, 3 of them with jacuzzi.
The guest apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and laundry area.
The principal bedroom of the house has an exclusive area of ??65 m2 with sauna, steam bath, shower with central shower head large format, thermostatic faucets, dressing room and whirlpool for two with fireplace and views of the sea, uniquely decorated, Indian interior doors with more than 300 years old hand-carved wood.
The other 3 bedrooms in the main house consist of a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with whirlpool.
The laundry is in a separated room and is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer plus a conduit to send clothes from the master bedroom to it without moving.
The recreation room of 100 m2 has a bathroom, complete kitchen, American refrigerator, overhead speaker system and disco, great barbecue, pool table, table tennis, darts and gym, ideal for reunions of family and friends, from its large windows spectacular sea views and pool which makes this room a truly enjoyable place.
The villa is independent and has a plot of exclusive use of 2320 m2 with matures pines, zip line, trampoline and tree house for the enjoyment of the children.
Swimming pool which has a beach theme which features an impressive waterslide, double waterfall, Balinese bed of 5 m2 and beach area.
Outside the house there are two pergolas, one in front of the kitchen, ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the light of the moon and the other facing the living room, with outdoor furniture rattan, water spray, ideal for drinks in a paradise environment. Both with spectacular sea views.
For us ecology is very important that is the reason why the house is designed to be energy independent, it has a photovoltaic installation which provides all energy consumed in the housing as well as a sewage treatment plant that is reused for irrigation.
The hot water is supplied by solar panels, which also give support to the heating and air conditioning, LED lighting throughout the house which gives a unique warmth to all the environments. It also has central vacuum throughout the house.

All walls have a thermal isolation chamber, with a total thickness of 50 cm and glazed with laminated butyral glass, tilting windows of PVC, thus providing an ideal climate in all rooms.
