Holiday apartment in a semi detached house in the center of the small hamlet of Nesso, located on the Shore of Como Lake. The accommodation offers an exclusive meadow (100 m2) with lake view, ideal for al fresco dining and for relaxing moments. Nesso offers some bathing areas, relaxing paths for walking. Access road though 190 m among the narrow streets of the village, to be driven by expert drivers. Parking on site. On alternative: public parking 200 m away. The lake is 500 m in crow flies (2,3 km by car). The apartment on the ground floor is sometimes occupied by the owner. Some distances: 400 m grocery’s, pharmacy and restaurant; 1,4 km bus stop to Como and Bellagio, 2,3 km pier, 7 km Lezzeno (equipped pebble beaches), 13 km Bellagio (supermarket), 15 km Como, 32 km Lecco, 66 km Milano. Independent access through an external staircase. On the ground floor: laundry room (washing machine) to be shared with the owner.
