Description

The house is situated in an idyllic rural setting, surrounded by forest and offers total privacy, as it has no direct neighbors. The private chlorine pool has dimensions of 10 m x 4.5 m and a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 2.10 m. You can relax sunbathing on one of the six loungers, take a dip in the pool or cool off in the outdoor shower. The pool area is decorated with stylish and colorful boxes, that serve as a side table for your drinks. Two furnished terraces offer a fresh and pleasant space for a barbecue or for a delicious breakfast. At night, the pool is lit so you can swim under the starry sky, whta is a very romantic experience. The plot of 40,000 m2 is fenced and offers plenty of space for children to play, run and enjoy the nature. The interior of the house is decorated with bright and fresh colors. The large living room is ideal for family reunions just talking or watching satellite TV. The owner decorated the house with love and design elements like original saloon lamps. In the open kitchen, with vitro stove, you will find everything you might need during your stay. In addition, for coffee lovers there are two electric coffee makers: a Nespresso and a "melita". The Laundry, located on the terrace, offers a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor, apart from the common areas, there is a bedroom with double bed, fan and wardrobe. The wooden bedside tables are in harmony with parquet floors and wooden ceiling beams, offering a warm place to rest. Upstairs you can find two more bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Decorated in a comfortable style, they offer a wardrobe and a fan per room. Regarding the views, all bedrooms have windows facing the countryside or garden. Both bathrooms have a shower and are located one on the ground floor and the other on the top floor. A cot and a high chair are available. The electricity works with solar panels, making this house a sustainable place. For winter months, the house is also equipped with two pellet stoves; one per floor. The beautiful south-east of Mallorca is a unique piece of the island, characterized by sandy beaches, beautiful landscapes and the white mountains of salt in Las Salinas. The most prominent beach is Es Trenc, a natural area of several kilometers. Nature is the protagonist in this beautiful area and the Mediterranean waters shine in infinite shades of blue. Going more east, there is a natural park of Mondragó and a different coves, such as S'Almonia is, Caló des Moro, Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards and Portopetro. The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi is very close, ideal for dinner fresh seafood or take a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. In Campos or Ses Salines you can find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc... Thursdays and Saturdays are the market days in Campos. Pets are welcome at the property. Events are not permitted.
