Description
Villa Marratxí - Can Paquito, is located in a residential neighborhood a few minutes from Palma de Mallorca. The villa is fully equipped, so that guests find themselves at home. The garden area is very spacious and has a pool, along with everything you need to relax and sunbathe. On the back terrace there is a ping pong table.
The house has a total of 5 double bedrooms (3 rooms with double bed and 2 rooms with 2 single beds), with lots of light. There are a total of three full bathrooms, two of them with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen has all the appliances and cooking utensils. The living room is very large and bright. The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
Excess electrical consumption: 150kw / week included in the price, if this consumption is exceeded € 0.30 / kw of the deposit will be charged.
Rules:
\- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa
-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
