The bed sizes are 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. The home has exquisite travertine and real wood flooring and is furnished in an appealing eclectic style that makes it stand out in the crowded field of Cape Coral vacation properties.

Lush tropical foliage surrounds the beautiful pool area, which includes a covered patio with decorative balustrade, electrically heated pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of room for the lounge chairs. Relax by the pool, have a cocktail at the bar, enjoy a barbeque at night on this party pool area.

The house is situated near the Downtown Cape Coral area on an oversized lot with NE exposure, overlooking a Gulf access canal close to an intersection. Guests are welcome to use the private dock with Tiki hut. Bars and restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment are close by, yet far enough away to avoid any noise. Whether you are looking for a quiet vacation spot or prefer to be in the middle of things - Villa Sunshine offers it all.

Please note: The $300 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights.

Uppige tropische Bepflanzung umgibt den bildschonen Poolbereich, der eine uberdachte Terrasse mit dekorativer Balustrade und den elektrisch beheizbaren Pool mit Spa umfasst sowie eine AuBenkuche und genug Platz fur die Liegestuhle. Entspannung am Pool, ein Cocktail an der Bar, ein Grillabend - dafur ist dieser Partybereich perfekt geeignet.

Das Haus befindet sich in der Nahe von Downtown Cape Coral auf einem ubergroBen Grundstuck mit Nordostausrichtung und uberblickt einen Kanal mit Golfzugang unweit einer Kanalkreuzung.
