Sa Tanca Nova is a traditional, stone built Mallorcan villa standing in pretty gardens at the end of a private driveway set back off the road that leads from S'Horta to Cala d'Or. It's just a short walk to the scattering of bars and shops of the small village of S'Horta, whilst the cosmopolitan seaside resort of Cala d'Or, with its many street cafes, shops and restaurants, is just a 10 minute drive away.
Inside, the house occupies two floors, with a lounge diner, kitchen and double ensuite on the ground floor and three twins sharing a bathroom on the first floor. Furnishings are traditional and comfortable and the kitchen is fully-fitted and well-equipped. Outside, the Roman style pool is surrounded by terraces and lawn and there is a great barbecue house with shaded dining area. Hedges and shrubs provide privacy from the seemingly endless surrounding countryside.
There are also several coves and beaches within easy driving distance and the golf course of Val d'Or is just 15 minutes along the road.
