Villa Renca is a traditionally styled villa with adjoining annexe set in a rural part of Estoi sleeping up to six guests. It is a well-kept, spacious villa with glorious views of the countryside. This villa is perfect for larger groups and families looking for ample outdoor space with the swimming pool to enjoy the Portuguese sunshine.

Villa Renca offers comfortable and traditional interiors, so your entire group can relax comfortably in. The living room in the main house has a wonderfully high ceiling and a central fireplace that is perfect for socialising in the evenings. The study on the mezzanine is a great space for curling up with a good book, or just escaping for a moment of peace and quiet. The dining room is off the living room and boasts terracotta tiles and dark wood furnishings. If you fancy a homecooked meal, then the farmhouse-style kitchen is perfectly equipped with a number of amenities including a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The main house offers two queen-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, while the final twin bedroom is in the annexe. The annexe is great for guests who would like a little more independence, and it is equipped with its own kitchen and dining area.

The outside space is really where Villa Renca comes into its own. With a spacious terrace, private swimming pool, lawned garden and even a pond, there is plenty of space for everyone to find their little green oasis. A large part of the pool terrace and offers plenty of seating for chilling out in the shade or for dining alfresco. What's more, this villa is set on a closed plot, making it very safe for you and your guests.

Villa Renca is situated in rural Estoi and has glorious countryside surroundings and views. Sao Bras de Alportel is approximately 2km from the villa which has many amenities including a few cafes and a supermarket. With these amenities being just a short drive from the villa, it is the perfect location for those who would like a private villa in a beautiful area with a selection of facilities close by. You can try some of the many delicacies available in the cafes, restaurants and shops or pick up some beautiful Portuguese food take it back to the villa to cook up a storm!

The beach is a little further away but would make a great day trip for the whole family, there is plenty to do on the beach from admiring the stunning views of the sea to exploring the blue sea. Due to the distance, it would be recommended for you to hire a car so that you can visit the beach. If you enjoy being by the sea, then the nearby marina in Faro can provide a lot of opportunity for you all to enjoy the sea even more. Also, there is the Algarve's largest fishing port, Olhao, which is full of character with Moorish-style houses and has a rich history and Portuguese culture. With so many places for you to visit, there are plenty of activities you can all get involved in, and there will definitely be something for you all to enjoy.
