Description

The magnificently restored villa "Can Vinagrella Pera" is an especially attractive villa in our programme, and one that completely bowls us over. The "shell" of the house has been preserved and is made up of large, squared, sandstone blocks. The villa is surrounded by a small garden with lovely terraced areas, and, as it finds itself on a 60,000 m² estate, you can relax here in completely secluded surroundings, enjoying the grandeur of the property all by yourself. That being said, the house is still only a 3-minute drive from the quaint little town of Muro, where you can shop for any supplies that self-catering demands in either the local supermarkets or on the Sunday market. Should there be a time where you don't really fancy cooking or barbecuing, then a number of restaurants and bars await you in the typical Mallorcan town, to which we are sure you will pay a visit, even if it is just for a Cortado coffee. For a day at the beach you only need to travel for a few minutes with your hire car to get to places like the Bay of Alcúdia or the beach of Can Picafort, which is to name just a few of the beaches you will find stretching one after the other along the bay of the same name. The Bay of Alcúdia is a far-stretching beach with shallow, sandy access into the sea, which is particularly family-friendly, and where you can still enjoy unspoilt natural scenery.

Due to the well-maintained outward appearance of the villa, you will have high expectation of the interior. We can assure you that you will not be disappointed. You might even be surprised by the brilliantly modern, open-plan design and a very chic and trendy style of furnishing, which simultaneously forms a fantastic contrast to the house's original function as a farmhouse. On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living and kitchen area. The bright wall design, the recessed lighting and the white furniture are complimented by the industrial-style artwork, which gives this space an incredibly en vogue sense of style. Beside the living area you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped and furnished with everything you could possibly need, such as large ceramic hobs, a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and much, much more. The white kitchen fronts are offset with stainless steel, with the large fridge/freezer also having a stainless steel look. Fitting in well with this appearance is the worktop and counter space, which colourfully contrasts with the light tones due to their high gloss, midnight-blue surfaces. Waiting to be made use of by the guests are white bar stools placed at the counter. On the same floor we find the first of three bedrooms, as well as one of the two trendy bathrooms. The two other bedrooms are located upstairs. All are spacious and cosily furnished (partly with 2 single beds) to a magnificent standard. The two bedrooms on the upper floor share a communal bathroom. The bathrooms have been fitted to a high standard; the bathroom furniture will impress you with its strikingly modern design, which in some parts takes on an organic shape. A floor-length, walk-in shower in the beige-coloured bathroom is just as inviting as the grand bathroom with bathtub and glass partition, which is fitted with white, large-scale tiles and contrasted with black fittings. On this floor you will also find a generously-sized sun terrace, which is also accessible from the garden via a flight of stairs.

The outside area around the villa consists of a small garden, an additional little hut and an expansive pool, which can be lit up at night and is accompanied by an adjoining sun terrace. On the pool terrace there are ergonomically shaped, immeasurably comfortable, Poly-Rattan loungers that are waiting for you to recline and relax on them. The terrace also possesses a small dining table where you can enjoy breakfast, play a board game or maybe even just relax in the evening with nothing but a lovely glass of wine. By the house itself, there is an abundance of terraced areas, and on one of these, a little hut is nestled, which contains a fully-furnished kitchen and integrated BBQ area – also equipped with an oven, hobs, dishwasher, large fridge etc. The covered outdoor kitchen truly is a particularly special highlight of the entire property, which only serves to increase our enthusiasm for this villa even further. Should it ever get too hot or too cold to eat outside, you have the option of using an additional, enormous wooden dining table inside the BBQ hut. And so, in the high-quality, state-of-the-art villa "Can Vinagrella Pera", you will enjoy an independent holiday in complete and utter tranquility, whilst relishing each and every day to the fullest extent possible.
