This spacious holiday home is located in the Quinta da Balaia complex, Albufeira. It can accommodate up to 12 adults and 1 baby.
Its green and large outdoor area offers everything you are looking for on an ideal holiday. In addition to the quiet and privacy of the area, there is a graceful lawn, a good sized pool (10m x 5m, depth 0.90m to 2m), fully furnished covered barbecue area and table tennis.
The main house has a fully equipped and open kitchen, dining room and living room (with cable TV and free WiFI).
There is a bedroom with twin beds, with a separate bathroom next door (with shower).
The second twin bedroom shares a full bath with a family room for 4 people.
This family room has 4 single beds that can be prepared as double beds. This spacious room can also be described as 2 double rooms interconnected by an open arch and screen, which is suitable for families with children.
The master bedroom is very spacious, has a double bed and direct access to the garden and pool. This suite has a private bathroom with a shower.
There is also an additional bedroom with en suite bathroom in the annexe of the house. This annex is next to the main house but has separate access, so it is perfect for teenagers or adults. It has a sofa bed that can be used as a single bed or 2 single beds.
This holiday home is located within the original Quinta da Balaia, which is an oasis of greenery, bird song and zones with trees and shrubs. Although there are neighbors, each house is independent and quite individual, with fencing / fencing to ensure privacy.
This villa is located within walking distance of the Quinta da Balaia tennis center, mini-market and restaurant / café / club on site.
