Situated on the excellent Bella Vida Resort, Villa Scott is bright and cheerful with six bedrooms, sleeping 12 guests. It is ideal for a large family or friends group. Bella Vida is a secure gated resort close to all of the popular attractions in ‘The Theme Park Capital of the World'. Bella Vida has wonderful family-friendly amenities, including a community swimming pool, well-equipped fitness centre, cyber cafe, arcade, clubhouse, children's playground, basketball and volleyball and special walking trails, picnic areas and Italian gardens.

Villa Scott feels more private than some resort villas as the west-facing pool and terrace is backed by a natural, well-planted area. The pool, spa and terrace are especially lovely and a great place to relax at the end of a busy day.

The six bedrooms are very comfortable. One of the king bedrooms is downstairs with its en-suite bathroom. This might be particularly useful if you have less mobile family members or those that might like a little quiet away from the rest of the guests. Upstairs, there are another two bedrooms with king-size beds, one queen-size double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Overall, there are 6.5 bathrooms, so there will be no queue for a shower or a bath! The villa also boasts a games room with a slate pool table and table football, a serene, modern open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with comfortable, contemporary furniture as well as a separate loft lounge area. Villa Scott is also well equipped with Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, telephone with free local calls and flat-screen tv's in the living room, loft and all bedrooms.

Every room in Villa Scott is spacious and well furnished. Villa Scott is a great choice for a relaxing time away from the buzzy environment of the fantastic theme parks.

Villa Scott is located on the wonderful Bella Vida Resort in Kissimmee. Kissimmee is one of the most popular areas to stay when taking an Orlando holiday. It is so close to the magical and thrilling theme parks and has a lot of local amenities and activities, such as shopping and mini-golf courses. Lush landscapes create the perfect backdrop for outdoor adventures. You can zip through treetops, glide across the headwaters of the Everglades or soar above it all in a hot air balloon. Natural scenery transforms into three downtown areas that offer boutique shopping, local dining and lakeside parks. If brand name shopping is your style, Premium Outlets, The Florida Mall and The Mall at Millenia will offer you everything you wish for. The Island Grove Wine Company at Formosa Gardens, Kissimmee offer wine tours and tastings plus local craft beers. There are more than 7 acres of botanical gardens, so this offers a completely different type of outing.

Walt Disney World, Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, Epcot, Sea World Orlando, Universal Orlando®, Discovery Cove, Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Blizzard Beach Water Park are all very easy to drive to from the villa. Walt Disney World is only 9 miles from the villa and Sea World is just less than 10 miles away. Legoland Florida is at Winter Haven which again is an easy drive from the villa. Legoland boasts thrilling roller coasters such as The Dragon, The Great Lego Race, Coastersaurus and Flying School to interactive adventures including the Lego Ninjago Ride, Lost Kingdom Adventure and Kid Power Towers. It is also water-themed with a boating school, Build a Boat, Build a Raft River, Duplo Splash Safari, a wave pool and other water-based attractions. Like the other theme parks, you can buy one-day tickets or more if you like. They operate a shuttle service from International Drive, Orlando though you would probably drive from the villa.

Some visitors choose to combine a theme park holiday with a week on the beach. You can be sunbathing on the Sunshine State's fabulous Atlantic or Gulf coasts within an hour.
