Description
The apartment consists of the ground floor of the Medici Donnini villa. This ancient farmhouse (eighteenth century) is located on the hill of S. Cornelio at an altitude of about 350 meters, surrounded by olive trees and woodland property. The naturalistic archaeological park of Castelsecco, the cyclopean walls, the Etruscan sanctuary, easily reached by a dirt path, are 500 meters away.
The historic center of the city of Arezzo is about 3 Km far.
According to the municipal legislation, the payment of the tourist tax is mandatory, of 1.50 euros per day for 4 days per person, payable locally. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from the home.
