Description

Villa Arroyo is a lovely, newly renovated four bedroom villa, with comfortable furniture and a sleek modern finish. The villa curves gently around the private swimming pool, with large doors opening out on to the garden with the pool beyond. All on one level, the main living area is largely open plan. There are cosy sofas in the living room section, with a wall-mounted flat screen TV and feature fireplace, with large glass doors out to the terrace. Here too is the dining area with a table and chairs, and a bar – just the spot to perch for an early evening drink, before supper.

There are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, so the villa will sleep eight nicely. There are two modern bathrooms, both with bath, shower and WC – and, much like the rest of the villa, the bathrooms have been finished to a high standard.

Immediately outside you'll find the main terrace, with archways overlooking the garden and pool. Here are citrus trees, scented climbing shrubs and a small grassy area – great for children to run around while you sit back and enjoy the welcome shade, or relax by the pool on the sun loungers. There's a super outdoor kitchen here, with a grill, sink, fridge and plenty of prep space – it's the perfect place for the chefs amongst your party to show off their skills, using the fresh local ingredients you can get nearby. In the enclosed courtyard next door to the outdoor kitchen is an al fresco dining area with table and chairs – a really splendid place to while away a warm evening. By the pool is a chill-out area, with lounge furniture as well as a table tennis table – and there's also a rooftop terrace with deckchairs – so whether you want to sit and chat on the comfy sofas by the pool, read a book in solitude on the roof terrace, or try your hand at table tennis, Villa Arroyo really does have something for everyone.
