The advantages of the countryside of Provence and the pleasures of the sea only two steps away; you can choose to stay by the swimming pool if you wish to rest between family and friends or if you prefer the hustle and bustle of the beach resorts of Sanary, Bandol or Six Fours. The villa is located close to the top of a small southeast facing hill so it benefits from the sun since early in the morning as well as protection from the mistral wind. Thanks to the big barbecue-fireplace, you have your barbecues with fish or meat in the outdoor area to enjoy them in front of the swimming pool and the view. We have access to the villa through a dead end street and it is located at the end of it so there are no vehicles passing by. There are big pictures windows that give access to the equipped terrace with a big teak table for your meals. Some steps lower, you are around the swimming pool (9mx5m; secured by a volume scanning alarm) where you can find deckchairs (in high season). In all the bedrooms, there is a French door that allows you to get directly to the swimming pool level. Sanitary facilities are complete and recent: 1 bathroom with a whirlpool, shower and a double vanity unit ; 1 shower room with a shower and a double vanity unit ; 1 en suite shower room in the master bedroom with a shower and 2 vanity units; 2 separated toilets. The owner and his wife live in a totally separated apartment behind the villa and they are available for you if you have any technical issue or any information that you wish to have. The villa is located on the south slope of the "Gros Cerveau" mountain, a small 450m. High mountain at the west of Toulon. Directly from the house you can have access to the magnificent path on the ridge, which crosses this mountain and offers you a wonderful view to the iles d'Hyères near Marseille (for lovers of walking, hiking, and jogging). For amateurs, there are beautiful natural places nearby such as the Janas forest, which is extended between Brusq, La Seyne Sicié cape dominated by the Notre Dame du Mai chapel from where the view to the big blue is exceptional. There are beautiful Provence villages nearby that are worth visiting: Le Castellet where you can find several craftsmen, souvenir stores and restaurants. La Cadière d'azur where the restaurant Bérard is very famous. Finally yet importantly, Ollioules with its old charming paved streets, art craftsmen and a beautiful church with excellent sound quality where there are concerts, which happen frequently. For younger people: a rope park in Six Fours (domain of Coudoulière). A water park in St. Cyr. And of course all the pleasures of the sea: beach and swimming. Windsurfing (Brutal Beach is very famous for windsurfing). Paddle (you can rent at Bonnegrace beach between Sanary and Six Fours). Surfing and body surfing. Rental of all kinds of boats in Sanary, Bandol, La Coudoulière, and on the ile des Embiezs. Rental of jet skis in Bandol. Kayaks and hobie cats in Brusq. Diving schools in Sanary, La Coudoulière and in Brusq. At the port of Sanary: underwater diving with an instructor, upward parachuting, and boat tours to the archipelago of Embiezs. You can also go offshore to observe cetaceans (whales and dolphins). Day cruise to the coves of Cassis. You have a wide choice for restaurants in Sanary (the Esplanade or the hôtel de la Tour, good and classic restaurants; in Ollioules (the Auberge du Vigneron at the church square or the Antidote, a small charming restaurant in the gorges of Ollioules); in Castellet (La Soucco in the centre of the village or the Saint Eloi on the battlements with a beautiful view to the sea into the distance.
