Description
Beautiful and spacious villa with a fully fenced 800m2 plot. The garden is made up of natural grass, bushes, bougainvillea and a stone barbecue.
The pool is 10m x 4m with a Roman staircase, a maximum depth of 1.80 and a minimum of 1.00m, an outdoor shower and an area with stone benches.
Through a staircase we access a covered terrace with garden furniture and from there to the interior of the house where we find the living room with satellite TV, fireplace and air conditioning.
The modern American kitchen has all the comforts such as oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and American fridge with freezer.
The accommodation has two double rooms, one of them with an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a waterbed and the other bathroom in the house is in the hallway on the way to the bedrooms. Both rooms with air conditioning and mosquito nets.
In the back of the house there is a room with the washing machine that is also accessed by a couple of steps. Next to it we have access to an exterior tower with stunning views of the sea and the mountains.
The garage of the house will remain closed. You can park without problem on the street next to the chale since it is a private street with no traffic.
The owner appreciates that there is no smoking inside the house.
The distance to the beach is 2.6km, to the city center 2.5km, Lidl and Consum supermarkets 1.8km and the closest restaurant 1.5km.
