This full wall of patio doors fills the room with a warm, natural light, and brings out the many shades of wood set against the white walls of the living space. And for those who enjoy spending a little time in the kitchen, this is the perfect villa for you! Huge amounts of surface space all around the room ensure meal preparation is a total delight, with the facilities to create all kinds of delicacies!


With space for up to 14 guests, you will find an exquisite array of bedrooms distributed across the property, all embodying the same relaxed, minimalist style. A mixture of twin and double rooms, including some luxurious king-size beds, provide wonderful peaceful spaces. Each is a fascinating and unique space in its own way, with a log-burner in one room, a desk in another and a fabulous bed or two at the heart of each. Several of the rooms even offer a terrace or garden access, so you can step out into the sunshine and delights of the Costa Brava climate in seconds! There are four bathrooms distributed between the bedrooms, including one exceptional ensuite, so you won't be stuck queuing for a shower in the morning!


You can appreciate this superb garden immediately after stepping outside, with a magnificently tranquil seating area looking out upon the rest of the garden in this lovely veranda. With both plush, relaxed seating and a sublime alfresco dining table, this is the most glamorous spot in the house! The centrepiece of the garden is undoubtedly this incredible 11 by 5 meter private pool. Sitting right at the heart of this spacious garden, it twinkles and dazzles in the sunshine, tempting you to dive into its refreshing depths and cool off in between sunbathing on these excellent loungers all around it.

Villa Balmes is ideally located to enjoy the highlights of the Costa Brava, as well as to ensure maximum convenience for our guests – so you'll find a supermarket and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, as well as a beach and of course the Golf Course!


You're just 15 minutes from the centre of Begur, a lively, colourful town that is as quaint as it is vibrant! Tucked away in this fabulous region of Catalonia, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches, golfing, water-sports and soaking up a little of the Spanish culture and history – and did we mention the food?!


Sandwiched on this immense coastline by the tiny villages of El Mas Pinell to the north and the quaint Mediterranean village of Sa Riera, you're just seconds from a beautiful beach and a stone's throw from fabulous cycling, hiking and of course golf!


While Villa Balmes is in a truly idyllic location on the unspoilt coast, it is nonetheless fabulously well-connected to the rest of the country! The fabulous city of Girona, just a 55-minute drive away, is home to an astonishing Cathedral which took almost seven centuries to build, with elements of Romanesque and Gothic architecture throughout! Meanwhile Barcelona is under two hours away, and with so many museums, galleries, sublime historical and architecturally beautiful buildings, and of course the breath-taking Park Guell, makes for a perfect day out!

The Costa Brava, and indeed Catalonia as a whole, is famous for its wonderful beaches, fabulous gastronomy and calm, steady pace of life. This particular patch of coast in punctuated by hundreds of distinct coves with tiny beaches on many, noteworthy for the complete lack of development in most cases!


Golfers will be delighted by the facilities in the area, which stretch beyond this exceptional Platja de Pals course, as of course will those who enjoy life on the water, with plenty of sailing, fishing and endless water-sports available nearby. This coastline is renowned as a fantastic diving spot due to the crystal-clear waters and fascinating geological features.
