Welcome to the beautiful "Manatee Island" on Lido, where you are just steps away from the gorgeous crystal white sand of the world's famous Lido Key Beach. This amazing contemporary villa is located on one of the only canals on Lido and takes you directly out to Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. When you venture out, you will find you are just half mile away from the renowned St. Armand's circle, which offers endless boutique shopping and exquisite dining experiences. The best of all worlds!

Our luxurious 4 bedroom - 4 bathroom 3 story villa is beautifully furnished and is designed with multiple high end features including elevator access to all floors including the 360 degree panoramic deck (wonderful for star watching) that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, St. Armand's, and the skyline of downtown Sarasota. Multiple patios are on every level with their own tables and chairs, perfect for that quiet cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. A chefs kitchen, with all cooking utensils provided, stainless appliances and large concrete island countertop - ideal for large family get togethers. Each floor has it's own washer and dryer unit and spacious living room with 65" Smart TVs including cable and high speed internet access. One of the floors is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. Off of the living rooms, you will find large patios that overlook the canal, dock and the gorgeous saltwater pool.
Each of the two master suites has a king-size bed and daybed, Smart TV, and private balcony access with lovely views. Enjoy the full walk-in shower or relax in the large soaker tub along with the dual vanity equipped with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps, makeup cloths and soft fluffy towels.
Each guest bedroom has a queen bed, private patio and bathroom with floor to ceiling tiled shower.
The outside is a adventurers' dream. Aside from the spacious heated (from Nov-April) pool and lounging deck, we also have available "free" kayaks, paddle boards and life preservers to explore the canal and the famous Mangrove Tunnels of Lido Key which are right around the bend from your dock! (Kayaks and paddle boards are available at no cost but each guest must sign individual waivers before use and life jackets must be worn at all times) Manatees, dolphins and multiple bird species can be seen right off your villa and every day is different and a new adventure to explore. Have a boat you would like to bring with you? We also have a dock and boat lift available for a separate fee. (see boat size limitations) Our canal goes right into Sarasota Bay where you can spend the entire day fishing or boating with your family and come directly back to your villa - how great is that?! And of course, last but not least, are the incredibly beautiful white sand beaches of Lido Key only steps away. We provide you with a few beach chairs, umbrellas and a handy beach wagon to make that sunny day complete - sandy toes and salty kisses here you come!

Grocery Delivery & Stocking Service - With a 36 hour lead time and nominal fee, you can send us a list of groceries, wine, and typical toiletries and we will not only deliver but stock them for your arrival so you don't have to waste one second of your vacation running around!

Kayak Tours of the Lido Mangrove Tunnels - Would you like a guide or some extra kayaks to see this amazing natural habitat? Having a guide is invaluable with their local knowledge of the area, and the different species of birds, animals and aquatic creatures abundant in the area. Launching directly from your villa is a real plus and a memory you will enjoy for a long time.

Fishing or Boating trips - We can set you up with our recommended boat captains for deep-sea fishing, bay fishing, sunset tours or just pleasure tours. Depending on the size of boat, some tours might even be able to pick you up at the villa!

Biking - Lido Key is a great biking island! We can set up rentals to be delivered to the villa from one of our approved vendors.
