This house is bright and very functional; it counts with 3 beautiful double bedrooms (a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in each of the two others), two complete bathrooms with showers, a comfortable living room with dining area, sofas and a satellite television as well as a well equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, oven, boiler, blender, toaster, coffee-maker, etc …)

Outside the house, there is a pretty veranda with access to the pleasant covered porch-like terrace with table and chairs which stands just before the beautiful private swimming pool with Roman stairs and sun beds.
There is a paved garden going all around the house with a stone barbecue, a garage with an exterior staircase to get up to a private solarium rooftop terrace, ideal to enjoy good weather and relax.

This house is very comfortable, well maintained and completely equipped with a flat screen television, satellite with international channels, Wifi Internet connection, DVD reader, linen as well as toys let at the disposal of the little ones.
Fore more comfort, the air conditioning has been installed in the living room and main bedroom and is available as an optional service.

Ideally located, only 300 metres from the centre of the seaside resort with its main avenue, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and beaches, this house stands about 650 metres from the main sand creeks in Miami Playa, some reachable with stairs and others with ramps and more or less 1 km from the famous Playa Cristal with its fitted out maritime promenade with children playgrounds, little shops and restaurants.
The local fair of Miami Playa, animated and noisy, is installed close to the house during one of the two last weeks of July.

Ideal to discover the region, it is only 15 minutes from the charming seaside resort of Cambrils with its port, parks, restaurants, shops and activities of all kinds and about 20 minutes from Salou, its more lively atmosphere, countless restaurants, stores and the famous Port Aventura – Ferrari Land theme park.

This property grants families with the closeness to all kinds of facilities as well as to the beaches yet being in a family environment.

Catalonia applies a holiday tax, to be paid on arrival, of 1 Euro per person aged more than 16 and per day, limited to 7 days.

Miami Playa is a little family seaside resort in Costa Dorada which extends all along 10 incredible creeks and 2 large fine sand beaches, with all kinds of facilities (tourist activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets …); it is famous for its preserved natural frame with a seafront lined with high maritime pine trees.

Miami Playa is a quiet place to have good holidays, offers pretty beaches which are not so busy as the ones of the closeby resorts and grants with peaceful summer nights.
The main beaches and creeks are surveyed and fitted out with showers, little bars – restaurants in the sand and water sports areas (pedalos, banana, donut, etc …).
The seaside resort also counts with a prettypedestrian maritime promenade (with cycling track) with restaurants, chill-out bars and children playgrounds, which goes all along a big surveyed sand beach called Playa Cristal and leads to the resort of Hospitalet del Infant with its sailing port and many restaurants.

Standing 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 15 minutes from Cambrils, 20 minutes from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park and 15 Kms from the little fishing port of Ametlla de Mar and its wild transparent waters creeks of Tres Calas, it is an ideal destination for family tourism.
