The estate is completely fenced and has total privacy. It has a great variety of outer areas which are absolutely fascinating. Let’s start with the garden, as it is the real lead, due to it’s wonderful grass extension, which surrounds the house, and a chlorine swimming pool that is at your entire disposal. The pool is 7 m x 5 m with a depth ranging from 1.5 m to 2.5 m, and there is an exterior shower. It will be a pleasure sunbathing or enjoy reading a book on the 6 sun loungers or on any other place like the swing next to the swimming pool. You will love to have an appetising breakfast or dinner on the two great open-air terraces and the large porch perfectly furnished. After dinner, you can go from the porch to a peculiar lounge where you can drink a cocktail on the sofas till you feel like.

The home is distributed in one 180 m2 floor. It is decorated with a traditional style and an antique touch, and it includes: a huge living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite-TV; a gas equipped kitchen with space to eat all together; and three bedrooms, all of them with a wardrobe and with exit to the garden. There also are two bathrooms with a bathtub each, and one of them en-suite. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds. The other one has a double bed and there is space to put a cot and a high chair in case you need it. A washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and three fans complete the equipment. Furthermore, it has diesel oil central heating so the house would be an appropriate option for the cold months of the year as well.

Sa Pobla is a town which is situated in the centre-north of Mallorca, a few kilometres away from the mountains as well as from the beach. This turns it into an ideal place for hiking, cycling and beach lovers. The fine sand and the peaceful turquoise water are characteristic of the northern beaches, like the one of Puerto de Alcudia or the beach of Formentor. If it has been a rainy winter and you are planning to stay at spring, don’t miss a visit to Ses Fonts Ufanes, underground springs that spring up during this period. It is also recommended a visit to Lluc and to the charming mountain towns like Campanet or Escorca.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
