Description

Beautiful 4 season cottage located by the Ste-Rose Lake in Mandeville (Lanaudière) or 1h30 from Montreal. The large lake is clean for swimming. On the premises, you can enjoy a private beach. The lake is located between mountains, allowing you to appreciate at the same time the wonderful landscape or the water and green mountains (very colorful in fall season).

No matter the place where you are, you have a beautiful view of the lake. A large 3 season veranda with large windows allows you to enjoy the outdoors fully sheltered from insects, rain or cool nights.

The cottage includes four bedrooms, complete bathroom, kitchen fully equipped, a stone fireplace for cold winter days. The large veranda has a patio table and chairs. Outside you will find a BBQ, floating dock with ladder, canoe, kayaks, pedal boat and a fire pit .

Near the cottage you will find mountain trails ideal for mountain biking, hiking, ATV and snowmobile. There are plenty of activities to do in the area no matter the season, everyone will enjoy! : Bicycle touring or mountain hiking, biking, snowmobiling, outfitting, Mastigouche wildlife reserve, fishing, golf, skiing, hunting & fishing, Natur’Eau SPA etc.

Ideal for meetings with friends, family or just relax in nature in an enchanting place.



CHALETS PLEIN BOIS - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Here are the main points of our rental conditions that travelers should know at the time of booking and expected behavior during the stay.

8.0 PETS
8.1 Upon acceptance, it is possible to travel with a dog during the stay with an extra charge of 50$ per animal. The traveler must inform us at the time of reservation and also accept the following points:
8.2 The animal does not climb on sofas or beds.
8.3 When outside, the animal is kept on a leash and remains within the limits of the property.
8.4 The traveler picks up the feces before his departure.
8.5 The traveler is responsible for any damage caused by the animal or for any cleanup resulting from the presence of the animal (including the removal of feces from the premises).

9.0 DURING THE STAY
The traveler, the persons traveling with him and his visitors agree to respect all the rules governing the property. In case of non-respect of these rules, or in case of complaints from the residents, Chalets Plein Bois S.E.N.C. may terminate the rental on the spot, without having to offer any compensation to the traveler(s). The following applies at all times and for the entire duration of the rental:

9.1 PARTIES The traveler agrees not to organize any party or other similar event that could cause a nuisance or disturbance to the neighbors.
9.2 NON-SMOKER The traveler agrees not to smoke cigarettes or other substances resulting from combustion on the property. Smoking is accepted.
9.3 WATERCRAFT The traveler agrees not to use or launch his/her own motorized gasoline-powered boats (rowboat, pontoon boat, personal watercraft, motorboat) unless Chalets plein Bois S.E.N.C. makes them available to the traveler.
However, all non-motorized boats are authorized on the condition that the traveler cleans his boats properly before launching them.
9.4 PYROTECHNIE The traveler agrees not to use fireworks, firecrackers, flying lanterns.
9.5 CAMP FIRES The traveler agrees to make camp fires only in the designated spark proof fireplace. Furthermore, in the event of a notice from SOPFEU (or advised by the owner or one of his representatives), the traveler must respect the prohibition guidelines in effect on the territory.
9.6 CAPACITY The traveler agrees to respect the number of people allowed to stay at the property in the rental agreement. This includes children/guests. At no time may travelers install tents or trailers to increase the capacity of the cottage.
9.7 PROPERTY BOUNDARIES The traveler, his visitors and pets, agree to respect the property boundaries and not to encroach on neighboring properties. See map below for areas accessible to visitors.
9.8 ICE FISHING Ice fishing is not allowed outside of the days set aside for this purpose, see the owner.
9.9 RESPONSIBILITY Any fine, contravention or financial penalty issued by the municipality, the MRC, the canine service, their agents, the fire department or the police during the stay will be the entire responsibility of the traveler who will assume the entire responsibility for himself or his group.

10.0 QUIET CLAUSES REGARDING NOISE
10.1 On the lakefront, sound travels easily over long distances and can become a nuisance to a seemingly distant neighbor. For this reason, take the time to inform travelers and make sure to avoid shouting, loud music or any other source of noise at the lakefront or if the cottage windows are open.
10.2 No outside noise/music will be tolerated between 10pm and 10am.
10.3 Following a resident's complaint to the owner, the traveler is notified.
10.4 At the second complaint, the owner can cancel the reservation without compensation.
