Detached holiday home in the municipality of Montignoso, located among the Apuan Riviera and the Versilia region, near the Tuscan seaside. You can easily reach Massa (only 5 Km away), a small Medieval town dominated by the Malaspina castle, dating back to the XVI century. Here you can also admire the Duomo of San Pietro and many churches, such as San Sebastiano and San Giovanni. A bit further away from the center you can find the botanic garden of the Apuan Alps, a natural reserve and a botanic garden located at 900 m above sea level. The beaches of Forte dei Marmi, a renowned tourist resort offering many night clubs and pubs, lie at only 10 km; here you can also find small but high-end boutiques, lots of design brands and exquisite restaurants. The nearby town of Carrara (14 Km) is the world’s number one area for the extraction and the manufacturing of the renowned marble of Carrara, a white prestigious marble extracted from the nearby Apuan Alps. Genova is only 126 Km away; here you can get lost in its tiny alleys, where you will find the most important buildings in town turned into museums or art galleries, the old marina with the renowned Doge’s palace and so much more.
