Welcome to our family waterfront cozy cottage located on Lake of Bays. Our cottage offers comfortable accommodations with sleeping for 8. The main house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The private lakefront dock, is perfect for swimming. Make use of the water toys to enhance your stay. Or if the weather is chilly, relax & enjoy the fireplace.


Important house rules:
-Most important enjoy our cottage
- Primary renter must be 27 years of age or older.
- Must book for exact number of guests on the property. Inaccurate numbers could lead to eviction.
- No Shoes in the cottages.
- No parties or events. - No loud noise at any time especially after 11:00PM (noise carries across the lake easily). Any noise fine from the city you are agreeing to pay it.
- Must take garbage with you, if left a minimum dump fee of $100
- Don't move/relocate furniture.
- Smoking or vaping inside the cottage will result in a minimum $1000 fine. Additionally we don't want to find any cigarettes on the beach or anywhere on the property - finding disposed cigarettes will lead to that fine.
- Don't leave dirty dishes.
- Don't leave open food outside.
- If it takes over 4 to clean after your stay, a minimum additional fee of $250. Make sure you follow the check out rules to prevent that fee.
- No glass outside - bring cans, not bottles. Broken glass outside will result in a minimum $1000 fine.
- Do not disturb any of the nature on the property (cutting trees, ripping off bark, touching plants/flowers, moving rocks, etc).
- Leave the cottage in good shape - the way it was when you arrived. Make sure the boats returned to it's place as you found it. Reorganizing boats comes with $100 fee if not returned to the way you found them.
