Villa Raggio di Sole is a magnificente countryside home near Pistoia. The villa is 250 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms plus a mezzanine with double bed. The villa has a private pool and is surrounded by a 45 acre park with olive groves, fruit trees and many places for relaxing walks in the countryside.
The villa is situated 1.5 kilometers from the small town of Casalguidi and is a short distance from Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia as well as the famous seaside resorts in Versilia, such as Forte Dei Marmi and Viareggio. Upon arriving at Villa Raggio di Sole you know you are in a unique and charming place to spend your holidays. The colors, the light and the smells remind you that you are in the beautiful Tuscan countryside! During high season rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a one week minimum stay. Outside of high season it is possible to stay a minimum of only 4 nights. Please inquire for pricing. From the main entrance on the ground floor, you enter a spacious living area with direct access onto the verandah through sliding glass doors. There are lovely views of the surrounding countryside from here.The living room is refined and comfortable in a classical Tuscan style with couches, fireplace, piano, elegant carpets, dining table and air conditioning. Next to the living room there is a bathroom with shower and a staircase which leads to the mezzanine where there is a double bed. This area is also air conditioned. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the amenities you need in a kitchen including a washer and dryer. Finally, there are the three bedrooms which are fully air conditioned. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The second bedroom opens up to the outside.
